We received 10 of the shrimp but one was dead. Would recommend for Tropic Flow to ship using another carrier besides USPS - it was delayed and I had to track down the package to intercept it so it didn’t arrive even later. We also had a sorority of Bettas in this order as well. We paid extra for expedited shipping too.

Hello, I've filled out the DOA form and haven't had any correspondence back beyond the auto response. I've emailed you guys on 3 separate occasions regarding my order and only received one response the very last time I emailed.
Before ever ordering anything I used the chat AI thing asking if I could have an alternate delivery location. Like a Walgreens or CVS so that the animals would be kept in a climate controlled environment until i could pick them up so that I didn't void any DOA policy. Chat was supposed to forward that question and I would hear back from tropicflow shortly. Never heard back. So that would actually make a 4th attempt at contact.

Literally the bare minimum. For the dead in arrival form I added comments that were never addressed. One of my biggest complaints next to near zero communication is why are different animals packaged together.
