I ordered the five pack of magenta mystery snails and received six of them. All six arrived alive and are thriving in their new home! I love watching these guys just roam about my 10 gal tank. Will definitely order from tropic flow again as my order arrived in just a few days. Thankfully they waited until the cold snap that was unexpected passed. Highly recommend.
These are prettier than I expected, and have a gorgeous pearl shell that is a mauve and cream blend with dark stripes. I ordered a 3 pack and received 5 pretty small snails. They are considerably smaller than my other two mystery snails, a gold and a blue, maybe 1/5 the size so i assume they’re young. They were immediately active and moving when i put them in the aquarium. Im glad i have a large enough aquarium for them, but it was surprising to get 5 snails rather than 3, and i will likely rehome a couple to another local aquarium keeper.

All of the snails came alive and well. I ordered 3 snails but they did put in a couple extra just in case. They are already very active and have been exploring the tank. My betta is very confused as to why he now has roommates 😂. I would absolutely order again!
Tropicflow did me right. First order of 5 white and 5 magenta mystery snails arrived DOA (they actually sent 8 Magentas which was nice). The 2 hour guarantee window is a little tight. Without any objection, they sent another batch (again with a couple of extras). This time they were all alive. They did not charge me shipping again. They stand behind their product and gave excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

The snails came fast. They are all different sizes, which is great. They were delivered on the 28th. I'm pretty sure two were DOA; they never moved. They started stinking today, 9/2.

One arrived cracked shell and died the next day. Placed with an order of shrimp that had many DOA. Hard to get in contact with customer service so didn’t even bother.

I ordered three of these and I received four. Which was great except for the fact that there was no water in the bag. Also there was gauze type material, inside of the bag, which soaked up all the water that was put into the bag originally. So when I received them they smelled bad and the only thing wet inside was the gauze. There was no way for me to know whether these four snails where dead or alive. I did acclimate them just in case but NONE of them lived. Edit to say because i cant continue the review: i also ordered 5 Beta’s(2 female and 3 males) and all of these are beautiful and alive and well..!! TLDR: Ordered 3 recieved 4 All DOA No water in bag Waste of $20
